About me: At a young age I familiarized myself with the techniques that made a good story by memorizing the commonalities between my favorite films. At age nine, I learned what a director was and I knew from that moment… that is what I wanted to be. I studied all the big name directors and taught myself how to write screenplays. My father retired from the army and we settled in Maryland. I filmed my first short “Average John,” that year at the Youth Center, I was twelve.I continued with my passion of filmmaking into higher education, getting an Associates in theatre and mass communications. I am currently attending UMBC pursing a B.F.A. in Cinematic Arts. While there, I started my own independent production company, Donut Guy Productions, in which I do film work for clients as well as my own creative narratives.
