How it Works

1) You upload your tracks here or send us a disc with contact information.

Send Discs to:

2) Download the music contract here - Sign, print, and fax it back to us at 214-279-5660 (or you can send it with your cd).

3) We email you (probably within 2 weeks) to let you know if your music has been selected to be included in this year’s tour.

4) Your music will be placed in our music library and each participant of CMF (over 50,000) will have a chance to listen to the tracks and use them while creating their 5 minute shorts.

5) Movies will be shown to millions all over the world with your music on them.

Music and Movies

Campus MovieFest is for all students and local musicians, not just filmmakers, because the technology is now incredibly easy to use while creating powerful short movies. CMF provides students with the latest Apple laptop computers with iMovie editing software. All the computers are loaded with over 400 hours of tracks from musicians and bands all over the country!

A very short training course demonstrates to students that anyone can now make their own movies. For the music, students use some of the thousands of songs submitted by local musicians, or they create their own soundtracks using Garageband software made by Apple. Students gain new skills, enabling them to create movies for classes, work, and fun.

Bands and musicians can enjoy hearing their music in these amazing student-made movies. showcased across the globe.

Campus Musicfest

Think you're the greatest student band? You can prove it by submitting your tracks to Campus MusicFest. You'll have the chance to play great venues including Gibson Showrooms, get awesome exposure and earn money from AT&T ringtones, and not to mention win more huge prizes!
