Description: At the University Of Maryland, College Par, many people do not see the social injustices that happen everyday, especially to the staff who work within the dorms or the main hub of campus, stamp. I am the president of the Black Student Union, and I have a had the opportunity to hear some of the stories from abused workers. My vision was originally to show their everyday grind. I also stumbled upon the injustices at Northwestern HS. They are cutting ESOL programs for those who are poor in english. Many of those kids are of hispanic descent, and it is not fair for the school to cut those programs. The students planned a walk out, but only 3 students went through with their plan due to threats of expulsion from the administration.
