The Campus MovieFest LA Grand Finale, held at the historic Egyptian Theatre in Hollywood, CA, featured the top 16 short movies made in one week from over 8,000 students this Fall at UCLA, USC, Whittier College, and Cal Poly Pomona. Campus MovieFest, originally started by four students and now the world's largest student film festival, provides Apple laptops, camcorders, independent music, and training to all participants for free, thanks to supporting partner AT&T.

Winning teams and attendees walked away with Mac minis, iPod touches, camcorders, and more – with over, $400,000 in prizing this year alone. Plus, the top movies will be showcased on AT&T's CV video platform for its 60+ million customers (just text CMF to FILM to see) and in-flight at 35,000 feet on Virgin America.
