Joshua Lipworth - University College London
Joshua is a recent graduate from University College London, having completed a degree in Anthropology. Originally from Scotland, he now lives in London where he is about to start a job in Advertising. He started out producing music for brands such as Dior, Jaguar and Dunhill but recent shifted his focus towards film. This will be the third short that he has directed and produced, including a forthcoming video for Skrillex. He really likes dogs.
Megan Laws - University College London (Currently at London School of Economics)
Megan Laws was born in KwaZulu Natal, South Africa in 1989, and moved to the UK in 2004. Megan spent two years studying photography and film before spending three years reading Anthropology at University College London with the aim of combining photography, film and anthropology to produce ethnographic films. Aside from competing and winning numerous photography competitions, including being 1 of 6 shortlisted for The Times Young Photographer of the Year (2012); she has won various photography awards, had her work displayed in numerous London based exhibitions, National Geographic and on the BBC website. As of September, she will be starting a four year PhD at the London School of Economics and Political Science to further her studies in Anthropology and pursue her interests in ethnographic film-making.
Radek Sienski - Bucks New University
Radoslaw Sienski was born in Gdansk, Poland in 1987. After completing high school, he decided to move to England to pursue his passion - filmmaking. He signed up for a Video Production course at Bucks New University in 2007 and graduated in 2010. Since then he went on to win a few awards for his short films (such as Yobi Filmmaker of the Year 2010 and Best Short Film at the 2nd annual Soul 4 Reel Film Festival 2011) and worked as a vfx supervisor on comedy/horror feature 'Kill Keith'. His enthusiasm for storytelling in film and the interest in editing as a device to stimulate audience perception led him to start an editing course at the National Film & TV School in January 2011.
