Summary: Campus MovieFest, the world's largest student film festival, is looking to add an incredible member to the team to manage promotions on campuses nationwide.

Manage Promo Team
- Hiring new promotions staff in different cities
- Organize, execute training for new staff
- Plan and schedule start to finish of promotion (where to promote, when, who)
- Work with group/staff on campus to reserve tables, rooms, etc
- Work with promoters to ensure teams are signed up for CMF
- Manage hours, reimbursements, days off for promotions staff

Event Planning
- Working with schools and CMF team to set dates and locations for launch, collection, finale, etc
- Work with theatres to book halls, reserve skytracker spotlight, parking, etc
- Work with AV company and IU to make sure all equipment is rented/in place for show

Event Execution
- Facilitate/Assist with set-up at launch, collection, finale, etc
- Execute various roles during launch, collection, finale with CMF team
- Strike at conclusion of launch, collection, finale with CMF team

Summary:

Campus MovieFest, the world's largest student film festival, is looking to add an experienced, talented and relentless full-time video person to their staff. Projects include producing promo videos, short intro films, highlights and documenting CMF events. Must be proficient with Final Cut Studio, Apple iLife Suite and Mac OS X. Preferably based out of Atlanta and able to travel several months out of the year.

Details:

- Create CMF Finale Video Content
- School Intro Videos (short films at each school to introduce the hosts/cmf to the audience)
- School judging DVD compiling and distributing
- School Highlights (2-4 min videos of all the movies at each school)
- School Finale Run of Show (assembling the movies and all other video content to be screened at a finale)
- School Winning Movie Clips (20sec clips of the winning movies at each school)

- Create CMF Promo Content
- CMF Promotional Videos (2-3min videos promoting CMF to schools, partners, students, etc)
- CMF Promotional DVDs (DVD's with Best of Movies and current promo videos)

- Create CMF Finale DVD's
- Edit Finale Footage (cutting together footage from the 3-5 cameras that film each event, combining with the movies)
- Create Finale DVD Project (exporting and building DVD Studio Pro project)

- Create CMF Video Content
- CMF Video Blog (shoot & edit 2-5 min video blogs documenting CMF in general)
- CMF Training Videos (shoot & edit 1 min "how-to" videos)

- Document CMF Events
- Shoot Launches, Collections, etc (one camera shoots capturing event highlights)
- Shoot Finales (3-5 camera shoots capturing the entire show)
- Shoot General CMF Events (misc events that need to be documented)

- Tech Support
- Instruct fundamentals of iMovie and Final Cut Pro
- Troubleshoot student projects in both iMovie and Final Cut Pro

Campus MovieFest, the world's largest student film festival, is looking to add an a talented and driven person to help in the graphical and technical execution of our Campus MovieFest events in expanding cities. Must be a team player, willing to travel for most of the school year and be proficient and willing to learn Mac OS X, Final Cut Pro, DVD Studio Pro, Adobe CS3, iMovie, Aperture

Details include:
Provide General Tech Support for student film makers
- Troubleshooting for iMovie and FCP during Campus MovieFest movie making weeks.
- Lead training sessions for iMovie and FCP.

Must have:
- A familiarity with the Mac OS X operating system as well as Apple Hardware
- A general knowledge of Final Cut Pro and iMovie
- A familiarity with the cameras and accessories provided to students

Movie Collection and DVD Production
- Downloading and correctly organizing the movies students submit.
- Producing DVD compilations of the movies using Final Cut Pro and DVD Studio Pro

Basic Graphics Design and Manipulation
Design and alter print ads for various publications including school newspapers and general flyers based on provided templates.

Must Have:
Familiarity with Adobe CS3

Photography
- Will be responsible for shooting events such as Finales and general everyday happenings such as students filming, editing, picking up equipment, and equipment return.
- Adjust and archive the photos taken.

Must Have:
Background or at least general interest in photography.
A good understanding of the principles of photography, shot composition, and post image manipulation.

Basic Stage Production
- Running video switching between multiple computers at CMF Finales
- Problem solving during the show should issues arise
- Sound and video adjustment during the show
- Calling and taking cues during the show
- Show aesthetics, such as setting up lobby displays

Must Have:
Knowledge of A/V setup and production

Pre-show production
- Compiling photos and partner ads into a video sequence to be played before a finale
- Compiling video assets for lobby presentation

Must Have:
- Basic editing skills using Final Cut Pro required
